Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi there! I'm a nice looking guy who recently graduated from a 10-week program in manners and commands. The toothy grin shows my playful side.
My trainers said, "Doug is an excellent family dog. He has no aggression and knows all of his commands. Anything he tries to bother that you don’t want him to, tell him to ‘leave it’. He does. Sometimes he may be a little stubborn, but a stern ‘Hey’ will usually get his attention and he’ll comply.
He loves to play fetch, loves to cuddle and be close to people. We have really enjoyed him and know you will too.
Give Doug a chance. We promise in a few weeks you’ll have the best pet ever.”
I could be described as "large medium" or "small large". I'm calm, have been around people and other dogs, and am used to walking on leash. I'm eager to have a fenced area that's adequate for exercising. I was born about October 2009.
