Lima's Info...

I am already spayed, purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Lima's Story...
I am chock-full of nutrients vital to heart-healthy love flow. A Lima a day will keep the heartache away! I wanna be your baby butter bean! We can have all sorts of delicious dates and adventures, all the while promoting a heart-healthy life! I enjoy respectful children of all ages and have had no problems getting along with cats. And I love playing with all the other dogs here. I can be a bit bossy with other dogs from time to time, but if you ask me, it’s nothing out of character for my Boxer lineage. So people with knowledge of Boxer traits will have a leg up! With the crate training I have been given I feel confident about resting my roots when you are away from home. Water me with your kindness, love, and devotion and I shall bear you the magical fruit of my heart! 4 years old-56lbs. My adoption fee is $180 and includes: microchip, spay, reduced-cost training class, free veterinary exam, 1 month pet health insurance, leash/collar, food sample, toy & treat packet.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lima, a Portland Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer for sale in Portland, or seeking a Boxer dog from a breeder in Portland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Portland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Portland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer breeders who help with Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Portland paves the way for another one to be saved.
