My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sweet little Georgio with his funny, toothy grin was abandoned in a shelter by his owners who could no longer care for him properly. He is a happy little guy, especially when playing or cuddling with his people. A wonderful car traveler, his new family can take him with them on their summer vacation! He is working on his house training using a belly ban and scheduled trips outside, and doing a good job! Smart, playful and lovable, this ShihPoo lives up to his breed mix. He did well with older children and would probably be best as an only dog. He does well with other dogs but wants all the attention for himself. He is estimated to be about 3 years old, and although he tested mildly positive for heart worms, he has been on a treatment regimen with Heart Guard and an antibiotic. He shows no signs of severe heart worm disease and the continuation of the treatment is a must. In order to adopt Georgio, an application and home visit are required.
