Hi there! I'm Chula!! Pleased to meet ya! I'm a native to the temperate regions of North America and in this case the North West! I'm a 3 year old Chihuahua mix, I love to be active and have fun in the sun! Have you been to the Tulip Festival here in Oregon?? It's one of my favorite things to do in the spring. I love to tip toe through the tulips with other dogs but would prefer to be in a field with no cats. Let's get out there and enjoy the sunshine! I'm spayed and vaccinated. Fill out and application with the Pixie Project to meet me! Adoption fee $250. Can't wait!
