Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Tony is a 1+ year old male, tri-colored beagle who has the most unique coat with spots that make him resemble a dairy cow. Though at 14 inches and only 23 pounds, he would be a miniature cow! He is fully vetted, potty trained, and up to date on shots.
Tony is a well-mannered, happy-go-lucky guy. He is happy doing just about anything – playing a rousing game of chase with his foster siblings, sitting on the couch with his foster family, or taking a relaxing afternoon nap. As with most beagles, his favorite time of day is mealtime. He has a hearty appetite, and uses his unique bark to let you know that you’re taking too long to serve up his dinner. Even though he shares mealtime with his three foster siblings, he has never displayed food aggression. He is happy being a member of the pack and has displayed no alpha tendencies.
Tony spends some days in the kennel when his foster family is at work. He is showing improvement, but usually requires a treat and a little patience to get him to enter the kennel voluntarily. He sleeps in his foster mom’s bed at night (if she picks him up and puts him there) or will happily sleep on a dog bed next to his foster mom’s bed.
Tony has not been exposed to children or cats, but gets along famously with his foster siblings, all beagles. He will be an excellent addition to any family.
