Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Trooper was rescued from an over crowded rural Ohio dog pound. Time was up and dogs needed to be moved from the shelter...Dogworks accepted Trooper into rescue.
Trooper we believe is a Labrador Retriever mix possibly with Great Dane.....When fully grown, he will not be as large as a Dane however at his current age = 6 mos old he now weighs 40 lbs. Tan and white short coat. Sweet puppy who is happy and friendly but needs work on confidence building, guidance and to learn commands. Positive reinforcement best. Likes to be with people, has been fine with other dogs, cats unknown. Older children best since he will be a good sized dog and he currently could knock a youngster over with his exuberance. Large fenced yard needed for exercise and safety. Crate trained and sleeping well at night. Still needs continued reinforcement on housebreaking...Seems to want to please. Nice disposition! Adoption fee includes, Exam, neuter, vaccine update, heartworm check and G.I. de-worming. Adoption fee $160. For application: www.DogworksOhio.com
