found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.
I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.
SCLRR saved me from a local shelter and quickly realized I had a severe abscess in one of my teeth. The abscess was so bad that it affected my jaw. Once I was out of the shelter and in the hands of the very special people at SCLRR I was taken to the vet to check out my tooth. After examination the doctor knew I needed surgery right away to pull the bad tooth and re-stitch my face and now that the surgery is over no more pain! I feel so good that my foster mom says I do the happy dance all around the house!
At my foster house I live with three other dogs that are very nice, but they really don’t want to play with me. My foster mom says they are grumpy because they are older. I like to play with other dogs but I also respect the elderly and leave them alone when they want me to. When I find my forever home I would love to live with another dog that I can play with.
My foster mom says I am a VERY good boy. I do not destroy things like some other dogs but I still have all of the bouncy playful energy that most young Labs have. I get so excited sometimes that I wag my tail and my entire body is wagging with my tail, it is very funny…
My foster mom says I am a medium energy dog so an active family would be great for me. I love going out for walks because I love to explore and I have good leash skills.
I am well behaved in the house and when nobody is home I have full run of the house and yard. I never ever go potty in the house; I heard that is a big NO-NO so I learned that very quickly how to use the doggie door. I know sit and stay and I will do anything for a treat. Feeding time is my favorite time of the day.
I am also good with cats and kids.
I am really looking forward to my forever home so if you think I sound like your type of guy contact your family rep right away. My foster mom is great at giving me lots of love, but the more I hear about these ‘forever families’ the more I think I should probably get one of my own.
Have a Wonderful Day, families. I can’t wait to meet you!
