Here's what the humans have to say about me:
2014-04-02: Meet Roscoe. This boy is not just handsome but also wonderfully loving and funny! He is completely unaware that he is a ‘senior’ as he is amazingly healthy, fit, and still loves to play with toys and humans. Although very active, he also enjoys just settling in at home. He is not destructive and has no separation anxiety. He is loving and affectionate and his maturity makes him an easy addition!
He has a great vocabulary and knows all the basic commands ‘sit’, ‘down’, ‘wait’, ‘stay’, ‘come’ but his favorite word is ‘hungry’ :) . He is a true lab with his appetite which makes him so responsive! He is also true to his nature with his love of fetching and the simple joy of a car ride! He is completely housebroken and trustworthy when left alone so he does not require any crating. At night he loves to sleep with his humans but complies if asked to sleep on his dog bed.
He was raised as an only dog and it would be best for him to continue to be the only dog in the family. He can get overly excited by other dogs, though he corrects quickly, his family would need to be patient with him on this. Otherwise he is a GREAT walker and loves to get outside to sniff away!
Roscoe’s got lots of love and fun left in him and is ready to share it with his forever family. If you think he may be a good fit for you, please contact SCLRR today!
