Becky and Blaine. Heinz 57 Mixed Breeds (possibly boxer mix) They are only about a year old and came into a shelter together. Becky is spayed and she is up to date on all her vaccinations. She is heartworm negative and on monthly heartworm and flea prevention. Blaine is not neutered yet. But he is also up to date on all vaccinations, hw negative, and on monthly prevention. $150.00 adoption donation.

FOLLOWING IS THE ONLINE APPLICATION---All questions must be answered COMPLETELY and you MUST be 21 years of age to be considered for one of our rescues:

Phone number and best time to contact you.

Do you have children? If so, how many and what are their ages?

Do you own or rent your residence?

If you rent, do you have permission from your landlord to have an animal?

Landlord's name and phone number?

Residence type? House, apartment, condo, mobile home?

Do you have a yard? Is it completely fenced? Approximately what size is the yard?

If fenced, what type of fence is it? Wood, chain link, privacy?

Please list 3 personal references. Only one of the three may be a family member.



Have you ever owned a dog/cat or a puppy/kitten before?

If so, what kind, do you still have them and if you don't, what happened to them?

If you have been a pet owner before, please list your veterinarian(s) name and phone number(s)?

If you have been a pet owner before, was your pet spayed or neutered, up to date on vaccinations and on a heartworm preventative?

If you are selected where will this animal be kept during the day and where will it sleep at night?

While you are at work, how long will the animal be home alone?

If housebreaking is needed, how will you do this?

Does anyone in the home have allergies to cats or dogs? If so, how do you plan on dealing with this issue?

If you are married, have a significant other, have roommates, or have children, we will need to speak to the adults and meet all involved to make sure that everyone is in agreement and understands the commitment involved with adopting a pet.

Our Adoption Process...

If interested in adopting a pet, please email us and ask for an application. Current adoption donation fees are $50.00-$100.00 for cats and kittens. Dogs and puppies usually range from $150.00-$300.00 depending on the dog and what vet care it has been given. ALL FEES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
