Jax's Info...

I am purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Jax's Story...
8 week old, smooth coat male Saint, Jax is an owner surrender to Sunny Saints (renters, please be aware that landlord's don't always feel the same way you do about puppies). He is a gorgeous boy that is playful, bold and curious! He has already mastered the doggy door in his foster home, but is still a work in progress on housetraining. They have had their first round of puppy shots and have been de-wormed, and will be placed into a forever home on a foster-to-adopt basis with their adoption only becoming final upon spay/neuter. Those at the top of the puppy waiting list will be contacted to adopt these puppies, but if you are interested in adopting a puppy that we may get in the future, please fill out and submit an on line adoption application from our web site at www.sunnysaints.org and get pre-approved and placed on the waiting list. Plan on being patient, as we never know how long it will be before we get more young puppies.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jax, a Bellflower St. Bernard puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a St. Bernard for sale in Bellflower, or seeking a St. Bernard puppy from a breeder in Bellflower.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bellflower already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bellflower breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even St. Bernard breeders who help with St. Bernard rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bellflower paves the way for another one to be saved.
