My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet our wonderful girl, CINDERS. Cinders got her name because of her jet black sleek coat that she sports that has just a touch of white on her chest. She is about as close to being "all Lab" as they come. Cinders was seen being tossed out of a moving car on a back road. A motorist behind this car thought more of helping the dog than of trying to get the tag number of the jerk who threw her out. Other than appearing scared to death and cowering in the ditch, Cinders appeared unhurt. She was thin and just in need of a little TLC, but she has come to the right place. There was nothing wrong with her that a good meal, fresh water, a warm bed, and a hug now and then wouldn't take care of. And Cinders has rewarded us handsomely with her love and loyalty. She is a wonderful family dog and is being fostered with young children and two other dogs. If cat testing is needed, we will be glad to do that. Cinders seems very content to be where she is and is patiently waiting her just the right home.
Cinders is female, black Lab, approx 10 months old. She has been fully vetted at this time and is testing heart worm negative. She is ready to travel to her new home at anytime.
