Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This sweet, loving, adorable, guy is Patches. He weighs about 40 pounds and is about 1 1/2 years old. We think he is a Wire Hair Terrier mix. His fur is not really long but it is does feel like a wire hair. He came to us from a small pen with other dogs and weeds as tall as him. Poor guy never got much attention. I don't think he knew what love was until he came into foster care. Patches is a very smart, sweet, loving boy who wants to please his people. He gets along well with other dogs and loves to play with them. He is good with kids, but older kids are best due to his size. He will jump up on you, so that is something we are working on. Patches likes to be brushed and likes attention. He does walk on leash but still needs a little work. He does a lot better with a harness than a leash around the neck. He has done well with what little time he has been inside the house. When someone takes the time, he will housetrain completely. Patches rides well in a crate when going places in the car. He wants someone he can love and be loved by. When he is in the yard with his foster mom he likes to follow her around to get petting.
