Bernadette's Story...
SEE VIDEO ALSO ON THIS PAGE!

Bernadette is an 8 year old pit bull terrier who is very shy. If you are looking for a quiet dog, who would love to have a quiet life that consisted of a standard daily routine of a couple walks, maybe a short ride in the car, then dinner and bed in her crate, Bernadette would be a perfect match for you. She can be with dogs in a social manner but does not play with dogs. She tolerates them. Because she missed some critical socialization periods with people as a puppy, she could easily be misclassified as feral. Get to know her and you will soon have a little black shadow following you everywhere. Loyal, smart, easy to train, she is a wonderful dog. She has been spayed, microchipped and is up to date on her vaccines

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bernadette, a Los Angeles Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Los Angeles, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
