My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello everyone! My name is Pip and I am a bouncy white and blue 1 year old girl! I am nice and sturdy weighing in at around 15 pounds and just about as lovely as can be.

In iggie years I am still a puppy and have the energy to prove it. Although not wild and destructive, I do require lots of exercise and play to keep me entertained and out of trouble. A doggie companion of similar size and energy level would be GREAT in my forever home.

I am very friendly and do well in new and social situations. My foster family is helping me learn manners, like not jumping up on people and where to go potty, and I am proving to be a very smart girl. I do tend to be a little protective of my food at meal time, so they are working on that too.

So far I am turning out to be a very affectionate and loving girl that enjoys attention and gets along well with other dogs and cats. We don't know how I am around kids, but likely I would do best without very small humans in my new home since I can get a little rambunctious and excited sometimes. I will also need plenty of energy release time during the day until I am a little older. My vetting is all complete and I am ready for adoption!
