SNOOPY (R)'s Story...
What a precious sweet angel our boy Snoopy is! Upon meeting this beagle you cannot help but fall in love with his sweet disposition and soft eyes. Snoopy has a sad story because at 9 years old, his family decided to dump him at the shelter on 4/23/14. He is very confused and sad and our hearts break for his pain. We are anxious for him to get his second chance at love with a new family who will give him the life he so much deserves. His previous owners reported that he is good with children. Snoopy weighs 36 lbs and is current on his vaccines and upon adoption will be neutered, micro chipped and heartworm tested. His ID # is 565124 and he can be found in cage 831.

When calling the shelter about a cat or dog, please use THE ID NUMBER, the names are oftentimes made up by volunteers. Why Adoption is a Great Option

SNOOPY (R), a Marietta Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle for sale in Marietta, or seeking a Beagle dog from a breeder in Marietta.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Marietta already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Marietta breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle breeders who help with Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Marietta paves the way for another one to be saved.
