For those who believe the best is yet to come, Scruffy is a believer, too! Imagine the realtor's surprise when she went to check on the home that the previous tenants had just moved out of -- completely empty except for Scruffy, left behind with no food or water. We are 100% certain that anyone who has a heart big enough and a generosity of spirit kind enough to take him in will be repaid tenfold by Scruffy's love, devotion and gratitude. And at just 10 years old he still is nicely behaved, never holds a grudge, and has another 5 - 6 years of love to give!! Scruffy is just a little guy weighing 20 pounds and he'd benefit from making a little more exercise part of his daily routine (wouldn't we all!!).
