Ducky's Story...
Sure, I may seem down, but the truth is things couldn’t be better for me. I’ve received a new lease on life, after years old neglect and abuse I am finally surrounded by love and friends, and I hear I am going to walk out the front door of this building into the loving home I have always dreamed about! I may have a few more years chalked up than some, but that just means I am more experienced than some of these younger pups. My old bones are a little sore, my hearing ain’t what it used to be, and my hair is turning a bit gray, but hey, it happens to the best of us! I get grumpy from time to time and just ain’t fond of those little whipper snappers. Bouncy kids with grabby hands get me on the defensive, so a family with adults only is what I need. I get along with other dogs and cats very well and crate training is a breeze for me—it gives me a little roost for those times when you are away. I am already getting excited about the love you have in store for me, and with me in your life I pledge to make things just Ducky! 14 years old-30lbs. My adoption fee is $80 and includes: neuter, microchip, 1 month pet health insurance, reduced-cost training class, free vet exam, leash/collar, toy & treat packet, food sample.
