Louie's Story...
Louie is a beautiful Cocker Spaniel, super sweet and wonderful. He is about 5 yrs old and is very healthy and playful. He was rescued in terrible condition along with a female blind Cocker abandoned at a park in South Miami. The people that abandoned them should be prosecuted for abuse, they were all matted, full of fleas and in the sun, they probably used them for breeding in a puppy mill. A great lady is fostering them until they can get a home of their own but she boards too many dog and she needs a home.
If you are interested in Louie and would want to give him a home please contact us at furangelsrescue@gmail.com call 786 368-8005 An application for adoption must be filled and a home check for adoption.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Louie, a Miami Cocker Spaniel dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Cocker Spaniel for sale in Miami, or seeking a Cocker Spaniel dog from a breeder in Miami.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Miami already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Miami breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Cocker Spaniel breeders who help with Cocker Spaniel rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Miami paves the way for another one to be saved.
