My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Woof!Woof! My name is Coco. My foster mom describes me as "striking", "gorgeous", "unique", and "stunning". I am guessing that all that is a good thing to be. But here is what I can tell you for sure. I was living in an apartment in a small town. I hadn't been there very long especially since you consider that I am only 4 - 5 weeks old. Well, my owners must have been a bit of a scumbag because they had to move---evicted maybe? And they moved all their furniture and clothes, but there was no room for me in the van when they finished. So they left me there at the apartment with some food and some water and they left never to return. An apartment neighbor saw me and called the animal control officer. The woman told the dog catcher that I scared her. Really? Little ole me? I can't imagine that I would scare anyone. I was taken to a local rescue and they are not afraid of me at all. They were the ones who started calling me "beautiful" and "good looking" and all those other adjectives that I think sound really good. So I am waiting with my foster mom until my new home wants me to come.
I got my name because I have a beautiful cocoa and tan coat. They kinda called it "liver colored", but really??? Don't you think cocoa sounds better? I am a little girl, German shepherd/cattle dog mix, but more on the GSD side. I am 4 - 5 months old, have been spayed, and will finish my vaccines in a couple of weeks. I am taking good stuff to keep me from getting heart worms, fleas/ticks, and parasites so I am about as healthy as I can be. I love everybody and everything. Good with other dogs. Love to play with them and "hang out with the girls". Love kids, and even those frisky felines are ok in my book. I am just the perfect little girl and would love to come home with you. I am looking for a home. Don't take up much room--now. I'll probably be getting a little bigger, but I will always love you for giving me a great and wonderful forever home.
