Dougie's Story...
Dougie is a very friendly, playful and outgoing 2 year old. He is always ready for playtime so a family that is active and can provide him daily exercise will be best for him. He will require some basic obedience upon his adoption to help him become the best family pet possible and he is a handsome young dog just waiting to be adopted by a loving family. He is also learning to walk better on a leash and is doing quite well, he loves his tummy rubs and would love for you to adopt him and continue teaching him additional obedience. If you'd like to meet Dougie, please stop in soon for a visit. He's a young boy hoping to be adopted very soon. Thank you.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Dougie, a Voorhees American Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Voorhees, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Voorhees.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Voorhees already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Voorhees breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Voorhees paves the way for another one to be saved.
