Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Dakota came to the Hazel Park shelter as a stray. She is a very sweet and very gentle young girl, and will let people do pretty much anything to her. We have looked in her mouth, her ears, felt her paws, and in between her toes, without any reaction. She even likes to be hugged. Dakota thinks she is a lap dog, even though she is about 40lbs. If you tell her to stop doing something, she listens.
Dakota is approximately 1-2 years old. She is mostly tan, with some white.
Dakota does well with most other dogs. However, she does not like our alpha female, (but she is not the first), and she has done fine with males.
If you are looking for a really sweet and loving dog, you will want to meet Dakota.
