Juliette's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, and up to date with shots.

Juliette's Story...
Juliette is a happy, healthy, 37 pound go-getter with a personality that is loving and affectionate to the nth degree!! She has a great willingness to please and is always eager to learn new things. This bright charmer has mastered basic obedience and knows how to “sit”, “wait”, “down” and “off”. Juliette is a jubilant and resilient spirit who views life with the glass half-full.

The ideal home for Juliette would be with an active single adult, couple, or family that could provide regular exercise, (such as running, dog park), training and companionship. She is a graceful athlete and would be a wonderful candidate for dog sports such as agility, to give her purpose and focus. She would do well as an only dog or with a canine partner.
The first step in applying for one of our pets is to fill out an application. This in no way obligates you to adopt. It helps our foster parents learn more about you, which helps them determine if the pet would be a good fit for your situation. Please log on to our website at www.bbcra.org then click on the button on the left-hand side that says Apply to Adopt.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Juliette, a Pittsboro/Durham Jack Russell Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Jack Russell Terrier for sale in Pittsboro/Durham, or seeking a Jack Russell Terrier dog from a breeder in Pittsboro/Durham.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Pittsboro/Durham already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Pittsboro/Durham breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Jack Russell Terrier breeders who help with Jack Russell Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Pittsboro/Durham paves the way for another one to be saved.
