Axle's Story...
Axle is a happy 8 month to 1 year old pup. He was found under a car and took some coaxing to get out from under the car. He great with other dogs and has endless energy. Great at walks and romping around the yard. We suspect he is part Rhodesian ridgeback but cannot be sure. After all, he was found under a car. He is nervous at the first meet but after that he will love you forever and ever.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Axle, a Nashville Rhodesian Ridgeback puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Rhodesian Ridgeback for sale in Nashville, or seeking a Rhodesian Ridgeback puppy from a breeder in Nashville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Nashville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Nashville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Rhodesian Ridgeback breeders who help with Rhodesian Ridgeback rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Nashville paves the way for another one to be saved.
