Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Sweet, quiet Corgi/standard Dachshund mix, dumped at a shelter after her elderly owner died and the rest of the family didn't want anything to do with her. She's spunky and alert, takes treats very delicately, is housebroken (quickly learned to use the doggie door) and gets along great with all the other dogs in her foster home. She just needs to be fed in a separate room - until the other dogs are done - because she will go after other dogs' bowls while they are eating. She'll sleep quietly in your bed but is also happy on a dog bed in the living room. Very easy, affectionate dog with a tail that doesn't stop wagging. Rye can go for short walks but doesn't need them as she enjoys exploring the garden. Like all of us, she loves massages, which allow her long body to curve toward and melt into you in joy.
