Elsie came to the Alliance from a border town. She lived in a hole under a trailer, nice huh? Despite the adversities she faced in her 4 1/2 -5yrs, she is a very calm, dear girl who just wants to be loved and have a nice cool home to live in with her forever family... Elsie would love a a nice grassy yard to romp in!!!
