Hello there. My name is Eddie, and you might call me ready Eddie, because I'm eager and willing to find that forever home. Some days that has seemed like a mirage to me, because I was recently a stray out there wandering around with my lonely self. The nice folks who found me have tried posting on Facebook and contacting shelters, but nobody has turned up for me, so I'm available for you to take home and love. I'm a five-year-old, 50 pound, furry-faced fellow who just needs a soft spot to lay my head and a bowl with some regular chow. During my medical checkup the AGB Vet discovered that I am heartworm positive. AGB says that the doctors will give me medicine to kill off those nasty worms and then I will be ready to start my new life with you. Of course, an occasional heartfelt hug would be appreciated as well. Being all alone in the world is no fun whatsoever so please come and see if I'm the four-legged companion you've been searching for! In return I promise to be your confidante through laughter and tears, hard times and good times, I will be your forever ready Eddie loving you. Wagging my tail in anticipation, Love Eddie
