Buddy's Story...
Hi! I'm a very friendly fellow, and that's why I don't understand why no one has adopted me! All the staff & volunteers at my local humane society loved me. But, one day they were told my time had run out. So, they called around and found a "no-kill" rescue organization that said they'd take me in. Now I'm in a great foster home with other dogs to play with. I love playing with them. I also get to go to community events from time to time. I'm very well behaved and love the action! I just love being with my people & 4-legged friends. Do you have the time to spend with me? I'll repay you with all my love and devotion.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Buddy, a Woodland German Shepherd Dog/Doberman Pinscher dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog/Doberman Pinscher for sale in Woodland, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog/Doberman Pinscher dog from a breeder in Woodland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Woodland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Woodland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog/Doberman Pinscher breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog/Doberman Pinscher rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Woodland paves the way for another one to be saved.
