If you have been looking for a cuddle bug, you have meet your next dog! My name is Skyla and I am an 11-year-old Bichon/Maltese. I lived my whole life with one owner and a few other dogs. Sadly my human mom became very sick and has had a difficult time caring for us. Her family made the tough decision and began working with Kitty Connection so I can find a new forever home. I do very well with dogs, but cats make me nervous as do kids. I would never hurt a soul, though, you might just see me shake when something makes me feel nervous.

Here are a couple awesome things about me and my more “mature age”: I am fully potty trained, I don’t chew, I would like to sleep late every morning – I won’t be waking you up for a 6am run! Do you like gardening? I will sit next to you all day in the sun and never dig up a plant! I am a great listener and I won’t give you unneeded advice! What do you think? Should we give it a chance? Us little dogs live long lives!
