My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Moonshine is a big puppy-love! He has a beautiful, soft, Brindle coat and a goofy grin. He's a young male who plays well with our other dogs, and loves attention. He needs some training, but will be well worth the effort!

Del Norte County Animal Control is located in rural Crescent City, CA (a tiny coastal city on the OR/CA border). We have a very small shelter with small indoor 3x6 kennel runs, low foot traffic, odd adoption hours and it rains a lot which means the dogs can’t come outside and play. Please consider making a difference in a dog’s life and adopt from our shelter!

We are open Monday – Friday from 8am to 5pm.
We are closed Saturday and Sunday.

Adoption fees are between $15 - $95 depending on if the dog has been previously fixed and if you are adopting in Del Norte County or out of the county.
