Polly's Story...
Darling, little Polly, who should have been inside on someones lap...obviously she wasn't. ..she was a dirty, matted mess. She was left outside..this little thing!! Afterall, she is only a year old and will forgive humans their mistakes. She has the non allergy coat that doesn't shed, which we know many people need now. She is an active girl who loves to play in the yard and go on walks. She would love to be spoiled and have your lap all to herself. She deserves the best.
She loves playing with her new friends, even big dogs! She jump up and licks their face.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Polly, a Simi Valley Maltese/Shih Tzu dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Maltese/Shih Tzu for sale in Simi Valley, or seeking a Maltese/Shih Tzu dog from a breeder in Simi Valley.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Simi Valley already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Simi Valley breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Maltese/Shih Tzu breeders who help with Maltese/Shih Tzu rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Simi Valley paves the way for another one to be saved.
