Maeby's Story...
-Hi, my name is Maeby and what a very special precious little girl I am. I am a 9 month old female tricolor kitten. Some nice people found me on a busy street as I was riding underneath a vehicle but it got too hot and I fell out! Fortunately some very nice people stopped and picked me up right off the street! They knew immediately how brave and sweet I am! I was taken to a good foster home where I received all my shots and was spayed. I am friendly and like to play, but I am also pretty independent so I will play with you or by myself. I do sometimes like to curl up on a lap where I am purr-fectly contented. I have done well with the other cats and dogs in the my foster home and besides.....who wouldn't love this face?? Application on website OC-PAW. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Maeby, a Sneads Ferry Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Sneads Ferry, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Sneads Ferry.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sneads Ferry already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sneads Ferry breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sneads Ferry paves the way for another one to be saved.
