My story

I hear with my eyes, my heart and my touch. My name is Quinn, I’m 6 months old and I am deaf. Please do not see me as different, special or with pity. I do not see myself that way. My world is filled with laughter, senses and sight. Being deaf doesn’t mean that I’m stupid or slow, it just means that I can’t hear. I do not lack anything for which I need to grow; I learn all I’m supposed to know. I too, can achieve things that hearing dogs can do with ease. I have a zest for life and never take a day for granted. I am unique in my own way, but aren’t we all? I am cute, young, affectionate and smart! I am looking for a life-time companion to share and explore the world with. My special someone would know or be willing to learn hand signals to communicate with me. I know several of them already and have it down pat! Together we will have a special bond like no other. I will always look up to you, for your guidance and direction and depend on you to keep me safe. In return, I will be your life partner to protect you and love you unconditionally.
