Meet Tobias - he's a superstar around these parts.....quite a character! Toby is full of personality and loves to play with other dogs (doesn't even mind the cats and loves kids!). Toby likes to curl up on your couch and keep an eye on you or hang out while you garden! Toby is a great all around dog and will be a great addition to any family. Toby is in foster care in West TN and will be transported once an adoption is finalized.
