Older kitten, neutered male, domestic shorthair, black. Scamper is one fun filled kitty! He is the last cat from a hoarding situation to come into the shelter to find his forever home. Scamper is just adorable! He is active and playful and just loves other cats. He would be an awesome family pet...but he also needs another active feline friend to "scamper" with!
