How can you resist this baby, this Boy is RILEY a gorgeous Weimaraner/Lab mix. Riley is just gorgeous he weighs in a 75lb, he is 5 yrs old, He has A lovely temperament, and stunning Weimy features He is blessed with beautiful good looks, and gorgeous soulful expressive eyes that just melt your heart.
RILEY s story >>>> Riley is a sweet calm boy that found himself in a high kill shelter in South Carolina. Riley was surrendered to the shelter by his owners along with another dog our information is that they were moving to Canada and couldnt take them. Well its their loss for sure because this boy is amazing. We rescued Riley his companion was smaller and was already adopted Riley was near the end of his shelter time and was in danger of Being Euthanized. We transported Riley to Florida He was very calm and We were excited to meet him we had had very good reports on Riley. We were not disappointed.
We brought Riley into Lifeline and we are now searching for a wonderful forever home for him. A home that will give him the stability and security and he needs His foster Mom reports that Riley is an awesome boy.This boy is so lovable he deserves a family that will give him the love and attention he deserves.Riley will warm to you and just melt your heart. Like most Weimaraners he loves to be around humans and will follow you around, He likes to go for walks and is just as happy staying with you indoors as long as you are around he is the happiest boy. He loves to run he dosent play much in the way of toys I dont think he was given toys in his home. He has the best manners and is obedient. Riley is a calm boy a little wary when he is moved to a new environment but he quickly warms to you up when love and attention are given to him. Riley is a quiet boy he dosent like too much Chaos, but loves to play in the yard, He knows commands. Like most Weimaraners he loves car rides and he is good in the car. Riley is a calm boy and dosent need a crate you can leave him and he will just find the nearest place to lie down.
At night time he will sleep on a sofa or a bed however he is a Weimy and just loves to sleep on your bed he loves to be close to his humans a typical Weimy Velcro boy.
He is housebroken, he will go to the door when he needs to go out to potty.He will come when called. Riley is at his happiest around humans, he bonds well. Its so hard not to fall in love with him. He is not a jumper he is calm but adores attention. He is intelligent and a smart learner
Riley is neutered, current on all vaccinations,Heart Worm Negative and he is micro.chipped. He is happiest being in a family environment and enjoying freedom to relax in the home. We are looking to findRiley a wonderful forever home where he can have stability and security in his life.
We are looking for a forever home that can cherish him and give him love attention and include him in family activities. A family that is really stable and can give him that forever home that means forever. We dont ever want to see this boy back in a shelter .Riley is so lovable, and he is good around Children. A family that will include him in their lifestyle and activities would be perfect Riley will blossom with the right interaction. His foster mom describes Riley as quiet, calm and just awesome.
A home with a fenced in yard or acreage where he can run and play is essential. He would do well with another dog as a companion. A female would work well. Riley gets along with other dogs but he is a quiet boy and dosent particularity care for chaos where there are too many dogs. Please NO CATS Riley comes across as curious I am not sure home with cats would work for him, and like most Weims he will chase squirrels.
Riley is a loveable boy and any serious Weimaraner owner would be proud to have him around. Riley is good at bath time he just steps into the tub with ease, he is a happy boy with the most infectious smile.
