Ritz's Story...
Hi my name is Ritz, I am a smart dog so be careful how you talk around me.
If I hear "walk" I'll be waiting by the door.
If I hear "BIG walk" I'll jump up and down.
Of all the words I know my favorite one to hear is "ride".
Yes I am older but remain active.
This includes long walks or playing with my toys.
At one point my foster took a nap so I left my toy bunny on his pillow for when sleep time was over.
All day long is for fun yet I sleep through the night (hopefully by your side) and I have good house manners.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ritz, a Flagstaff German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Flagstaff, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Flagstaff.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Flagstaff already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Flagstaff breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Flagstaff paves the way for another one to be saved.
