My name's Ashley, and I'm looking for a new home! My foster mom kept me on a leash until I got used to the other dogs in her house, because I am a little cautious around new dogs and get a little nervous. Once I get used to everyone else, it's okay and I get to lounge around on the couch and follow mom everywhere! So far, I haven't really played with the other dogs in the house, but I do love to be around people! My tail is always wagging, I love to cuddle, and I also like walking. I don't pull on the leash, and I am generally submissive towards people. At first, the doggie door flap scared me, but now I know that it's my gateway to freedom - I can come and go at my leisure, enjoying the sun and all the great smells for my beagle nose outside.
