If you are looking for the perfect small dog, Chelsea is your girl! This sweet girl was an owner surrender along with her 4 week old son back in February to a high-kill shelter in WV. As a result of being in that environment both came down with a mild bacterial skin infection causing some hair loss. While sweet Chelsea just arrived in NJ last weekend w/ a clean bill of health & all hair completely grown back, her son Brayden has gone to his forever home last month.
