Are you a little cheeky? I'm a little Chiki! You may not know it at first because it takes me a little bit to warm up to people. But once I feel I can trust you I will totally show you my loving, goofy spirit. I love to run and play with all sorts of toys. I can cuddle like nobody's business and really enjoy lap time. But like I said, I don't warm up to people easily, so don't get discouraged if it's not fireworks at first sight. Kids 10+ are better suited for me since they know how to go slow and be gentle. I just want to be honest and up front with you. I am housetrained and my crate training is coming along nicely. I don't mind being around the other dogs here at the shelter, but I would really like to be the center of attention in my new home. I like to chase cats, just for fun, though—what dog doesn't? If you have the patience to watch the magic unfold, I promise you I’ll be the Chiki little monkey you have been looking for to warm your heart. 3 years old-10lbs. My adoption fee is $180 and includes: neuter, microchip, 1 month pet health insurance, reduced-cost training class, free vet exam, leash/collar, toy & treat packet, food sample.
