Meet BEAU, a 2 year old, a rough coat male, who weighs about 40 lbs. BEAU came into rescue without a shy bone in his body and a bounce in his step! He is one of the most enthusiastic and loveable dogs we have met. He is a cuddle bug in the house and literally bounces into a trot outside as he plays (ball, of course!) explores, and just enjoys life in general. He can curl up next to you if you need some office time (he is curled up on the floor right now as I type this) but will bounce to his four feet if I say, hey let's go play! BEAU gets along splendidly with his pack mates. He is cat curious, but not a chaser. Lucy Cat ignores him and struts by him without concern.
BEAU has nice house manners as he has not had an accident inside our home. Further, he has not marked for territory inside the house, not dug holes in the garden or chewed any inappropriate items. He is crate trained for sleeping at night. He will bark when the excitement level gets high or to announce himself at the door if he is out when he prefers to be in! All in all BEAU is a nice dog that could use some one-to-one training to be the best BEAU he can be.
BEAU is micro-chipped, neutered, heart worm negative and on preventative, and up to date on vaccinations.
