Meet (Sweetie) Pie! Pie came to the South LA Animal Shelter with some buns in the oven at the very young age of ~7-9 months. She gave birth to all 6 of her babies in the shelter and every pup was quickly adopted out as soon as they were available, but no one came to rescue the sweet teenage mama, who was really only a pup herself. After nearly 3 months of sitting in her kennel, we were able to make her a #wudla pup.
Pie is just as sweet as her name. She is one of those dogs who will have a forever puppy dog face with huge soulful eyes. Pie gets along with all dogs big and small and even is fine with the resident cat at her foster home. For being such a young dog, she is quite relaxed and easy-going, though she is also up for running around the yard with a squeaky toy.
