Here's what the humans have to say about me:
My name is Hercules and I am a very handsome Treeing Walker Coonhound. I think I was born around Christmas in 2011. So I am a little over 2 years old. I was found tied to a tree in the woods where someone left me to die a slow and horrible death. I am a hunting dog, however gun fire scares me so my foster mom thinks that is why I was left alone to die. I was fostered first by a nice lady who became ill and could no longer foster me. Before I could be moved to another foster home, I was hit by a car and broke my left front leg. My leg is not that useful except to balance me and sometimes very lightly I walk on it. I am such a sweet and good natured boy and I like everyone I meet. I weigh between 75 and 80 lbs. I am good with other dogs however, small dogs can intimidate me. I am crate trained and love to ride in a car. I would love to be a lap dog except I am too big. If you have a big heart and a lot of love, I am the boy you are looking for. Oh yes, did I mention I am extremely handsome, not being conceited here by any means. HHS dog. ADOPTION FEE REQUIRED. CONTACT US AT 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.com
