Facts about Princess

  • Breed: Domestic Shorthair
  • Color: Black (All)
  • Age: Adult
  • Sex: Female
  • ID#: 6918306
  • Hair: Short

I was born to a feral mom and was rescued when discovered in a garage looking for food with my family. I am very shy and timid and after spending time in a foster home I have come to the adoption center to further my socialization. I am still very wary of people and why I have special needs. I was born 6/20/13.

I am growing up to be a beautiful cat with a sleek black coat and big gold eyes. I am still extremely shy and am usually in a safe hiding place when the adoption center is open. I do like to be petted and will purr away and will even allow you to hold me once you find me. I am a sweet cat but will always be shy and timid.

I am active and love to play, especially if I think you are not looking, and when the adoption center is closed and no one is around. I also like to hide under cat beds and blankets.

I will need a calm, quiet home and an owner that has the patience to win my trust. I will need a cat friend in my new home, this is a requirement. Children over 12 would be best. I have not been around dogs.

I have a Black Cat donation of $35 towards my adoption fee. It would only be $40 to adopt me!

You can see me at our Adoption Center at 8901 E Trent, Ste 101 (corner of Argonne and Trent, next to Albertson's) or call 893-9829 for more information.

About Partners for Pets

About Our Rescue Group...

Our Mission

The goal of Partners for Pets is to eliminate euthanasia of healthy, adoptable pets; to promote sterilization surgeries for dogs and cats to reduce the number of animals born each year; to work collaboratively with local shelters in a foster/adoption program; and to educate the community about the importance of sterilization, permanent identification, and of making a lifetime commitment

Come Meet Our Pets...

Our main adoption center is located on the corner of Trent and Argonne in the Spokane Valley. We are open Wednesday through Friday, 3pm-7pm; Saturday, 11am-6pm; and Sunday, 12pm-5pm. We also have a small adoption center at the Petsmart on the corner of Sullivan and Broadway. On most Saturdays, we also show some of our adoptable animals at the Petco on Division and Francis.

Our Adoption Process...

Please contact the foster parent at the phone number listed with each animal to learn more about him/her. If you are interested in adopting, there is a brief adoption application to fill out. Once the application is turned in, you will be approved or denied within about 24 hours. Our adoption fee is $75 for cats/kittens, $80 for dogs, and $90 for puppies, unless otherwise noted in the animals description. Also, our cats must be indoor only and absolutely cannot be declawed!
