Violet's Story...
Sweet Violet is a bit shy compared to her brothers and sisters. She tends to be more of an observer and isn't too sure of the dog yet. This very cute 6 week old baby will be ready for her forever home in 2 short weeks. She is such a lover though - and once she knows she is safe, will fall asleep in your arms or on your lap. She loves to play with her human sister as soon as she comes home from school. If you would like to make this amazing girl apart of your life forever please visit our website www.wagginghearts.org to complete an application for a potential adoption.

Wagging Hearts is a 100% foster-based, non-profit rescue organization. Our mission is to rescue abandoned, neglected, and stray companion animals. Please visit www.wagginghearts.org if you would like to adopt and provide a forever home to one in need.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Violet, a Hainesville Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Hainesville, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Hainesville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Hainesville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Hainesville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Hainesville paves the way for another one to be saved.
