Sarah's Info...

I am good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Sarah's Story...
10 week old Boxer mix... to be spayed female pup

Bouncy does not describe this girl well enough... If you can deal with the energy of a puppy, she certainly would do well in any home... kids, cats, dogs... we currently are fostering her in Northern California at our dog ranch... we have two Great Danes, two American Bulldogs and everything in between down to a five pound Chihuahua who has been her best buddy this past week.

Sarah is quite bright... we see the energy and stamina of a Boxer puppy in this girl with the absolute attentiveness and smarts of a highly trainable Pointer. She is darling, sweet, affectionate and with really simple training is going to be an excellent companion for her future family.

I must also share that this girl has an immune system of steel. She was abandoned in a yard after the family moved and left her behind with her mother and her sister... her sister died in my arms two weeks ago and her mother has, at this point, survived Distemper. She has had her first two vaccines, has been dewormed and is healthy and strong.

Suggested donation is $295

You can come meet Sarah on February 23rd from 11-2 at our adoption event.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sarah, a Burbank Boxer/Pointer puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer/Pointer for sale in Burbank, or seeking a Boxer/Pointer puppy from a breeder in Burbank.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Burbank already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Burbank breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer/Pointer breeders who help with Boxer/Pointer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Burbank paves the way for another one to be saved.
