Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Scooby needs our help. His owner recently fell on hard times, and Scooby needs a new home. The thing is, he needs a very special home. Scooby has not done well with new dogs, cats, or kids in the past, and we know that limits his chances at finding a foster or adopter. However, he did go to John Gagnon's Pet Resort this week for an evaluation and they feel that if Scooby finds the right adult home, he would do very well. Scooby was very sweet and affectionate during his assessment, and the staff that was working with him couldn't help but fall in love. He'll need some experienced owners who will be able to accommodate his needs, but with the perfect fit he could be an amazing dog.
Scooby is up to date on vaccinations and is neutered. He knows some basic commands (sit, down, stay), and takes treats very gently. He is very responsive to verbal corrections and does quite well on leash. Scooby is about 3 years old and currently weighs 53lbs.
Folks, the Scoobster needs all the help he can get, so please SHARE this smiley guy far and wide!
