Howdy, friends. My name is Lilly and I the humans think I am a corgi/spitz mix. If I could talk, I may be able to tell you exactly what I am – but I can’t…sorry! I’m a smaller girl with beautiful, thick, black fur.

Everyone always talks about how sweet I am – and I guess they’re probably right. I am great with other dogs and I love, love, love people! I am most happy when cuddled up with my human companion or right up on your lap.

I am one very lucky girl. Luckier than most in my situation. Beth and Kate were driving home from delivering some dogs to a new owner in Jackson, TN when they saw me on the side of the highway. Beth immediately pulled the car over and they started to call me. I was shy at first, mostly because I was afraid of the big, loud trucks flying by me. As soon as Beth got close enough I rolled on over and let her pick me right up (thank goodness the nasty smell on me didn’t scare Beth off!). I’ve been loved on ever since – and I couldn’t be more grateful.

If you chose me as your next best friend you are not going to be disappointed! I will forever be grateful to the kind humans who saved me from the scary streets.

I am currently fostered in Memphis, TN – but I can be transported to the Midwest upon adoption. I’m up to date on all my shots and I will be spayed.
