Meet Jessie, a beautiful chocolate Pit Bull mix girl that has had a rough start in her short 3 months of life. Four weeks ago she was dropped off at a rural high kill shelter in a live trap. When her foster mom saw her sitting in the corner scared, shaking and in pain, she realized something was wrong with her. Jessie’s leg was in awful shape with a bad injury. After a trip to the vet and surgery, she is good to go. She plays great with her foster brothers and sisters and often snuggles up beside them. The one thing she loves most in the world is for her foster mom and dad to rock her every night before her bedtime. She is definitely one spoiled girl. Jessie does best at feeding time when others are not around. She gets so excited that she grabs the other dogs’ food and that really annoys them. Being the big puppy that she is, flip flops and bedroom shoes are her favorite toys right now, so nothing is safe on the floor. She is working on housetraining and does well in her crate. She loves children and likes to play with the cat. Jessie is such a joy to have around, she wins over everyone she meets with her big goofy grin and floppy ears. ADOPTION FEE REQUIRED.
