My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Ester! Ester is a high energy Boston Terrier/Rhodesian Ridgeback mix, or a Cattle dog/Boxer mix, or your best guess! She is not a very big girl, she is 38 lbs and is 3 years old. She loves to play with other dogs and her humans. This girl is a fetching machine! Ester will bark at some new people but is quick to be friends with everyone after a good sniff. She will be anybody's bestie for a cookie and gives sweet "thank you!" kisses. She did super for her vetting and was perfect in the car. Ester walks pretty well on a leash but does pull when she sees a squirrel. She has done fine with the cats in her foster home when she is supervised but she has not been left alone with a cat for extended periods. Mostly she is just interested in the people in the home over the cat but if it were just her and the cat left alone we are not sure how she would do. She does seem to be potty trained as well. With her leash groundwork she would be a terrific jogging partner with little to no further training. Since she takes a few minutes to get to know new people she probably wouldn't be a good fit for a home that had a lot of new kids coming in and out. Ester is a great little girl who will make someone very happy.
