Sargent Artimus Beowolf Reporting For Duty!
My name is Sarge!
Hi! I am so happy to meet you. We are now best friends. My name is Sargent Artimus Beowolf, but you can call me Sarge. I am 2.5 years old, 53 lbs and completely up to date on all of my necessary medical care. I'm also neutered and vaccinated. I came from a very loving family who reluctantly had to give me up due to housing restrictions. When CEBR picked me up, I had a few skin issues, which are currently being tended to, and I was very itchy. I just switched my food so hopefully my itchiness clears up soon.
My foster family says I'm a comedian because I'm always making them laugh. I make a lot of funny noises (some people say I sound like a pig) especially when I'm happy, which is practically always! I love being around people and when my foster parents get home, I get so excited I wiggle uncontrollably and roll over onto my back. I also love being on the couch, but sometimes I get so excited I wiggle off. DOH!
I enjoy going on walks and I have perfect leash skills. But don't take me too far! I get out of breath easily. When I'm not walking, I like to chill in the house with my family and play with toys. I love all toys, but the hard ones make my mouth hurt, so soft toys are best. Did I mention I'm a tank! You better watch for me when we're playing because I don't always stop in time and run into things a lot (especially with my head)!
When I came to CEBR, my favorite treat was ice cream. Because I was raised eating people food, I don't have the best manners around food. I never take any, but I always beg. My foster family has been crating me at night and during the day when no one is home. I'm warming up to it, but I still cry a little at first. Everyone that meets me comments on how handsome I am, but that beauty comes at a price. My wrinkles need to be cleaned at least once a day. I don't love it, but I know it's important so I tolerate it.
My perfect forever home would be one where people are home a lot. I love being with people so much and it makes me sad when everyone leaves for work. I have a foster brother currently and while we aren't best friends yet, I'm warming up to him. But make no mistake! I like to be top dog. I spend most of my time sleeping but I would love a family that likes to play, will take me on walks, and give me all of the attention I need.

Sarge’s adoption fee is $595. Our adoption criteria for Sarge are as follows:
- CEBR Adoption Radius Only.
- A family that is committed to grooming. He has very deep face wrinkles and some skin issues, so consistent grooming is a must!
- A family that has a lot of time to devote to his care.
- While he’s more of a people person, he wouldn't mind a home with a dog, but expect that he will have to be the one in charge.
